Alan Teo (Group Managing Director)
The New Era team is led by Alan Teo. Alan has been in the software business for more than 14 years. Alan graduated from the University of Texas at Austin, USA with a BBA, summa cum laude (with highest honors).
Lynn Neo (General Manager)
Lynn has been with the company for 13 years and has played an instrumental role in growing the New Era Group of Companies to what it is today. Prior to joining the gaming industry, Lynn worked for Nike Inc. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Arts and Social Sciences from the National University of Singapore, mastering in Economics and Political Science.
Leith Neo (Director of Sales)
Leith is the director of sales and his main responsibilities are to formulate and implement strategies that deliver optimal and seamless sales achievement for the Group. He joined New Era in 1994 and is involved in developing the business and management strategies of the regional offices.
John Teo (Business Development Manager)
John has been in New Era since 2000 and he heads up the Edutainment Division. In his 8 year tenure, John has built up the Division to be one of the leading distributors of utility and productivity software in Asia. John graduated with a Science degree from Auckland University, New Zealand
Kanitha Sunthornsingkarn (HR/Admin Manager)
Kanitha heads up the Administration and Product Procurement Department comprising 4 dedicated professionals. She is also the PA to the Managing Director. Kanitha has a Bachelor's degree with honors in Business Administration, awarded by Assumption University, Thailand.
Rita Siaw (Operations Manager)
Rita has been with New Era for 8 years and is responsible for coordinating all sales logistical issues and ensuring that the company's warehousing, logistic and transport resources are optimized in the fulfillment of sales. Rita has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Auckland University, New Zealand.
Agnes Chia (Finance Manager)
Agnes is responsible for all financial matters of New Era Group of Companies.She graduated with a Masters degree in Professional Accounting from Victoria University of Technology, Australia.
Wong Kee Jin (Regional Business Development Manager)
Kee Jin has over 8 years of working experience with 4 years in the gaming industry. With a degree in Marketing and Management from Curtin University of Technology, he now heads the New Era regional offices in Philippines and Indonesia.
Bon Lim (Marketing Manager)
Bon is tasked to lead and spearhead the Singapore Marketing team in marketing and PR activities. Bon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing with honors from University College Dublin (UCD) and has more than 7 years of experience in the retail and consumer space.
Haniff (Warehouse Manager)
Haniff has been with New Era for 14 years since 1994 and he has been instrumental in building up New Era's overall warehousing and logistic capabilities as well as keeping operations in smooth running order.
Eileen Shang (Sales & Marketing Manager, New Era Taiwan)
Eileen heads the New Era Taiwan team. She graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Drexel University, Philadelphia, and has more than 13 years of experience in the games industry, having previously worked as a Sales Manager at both Microsoft Taiwan Home Entertainment Division & EA Taiwan.
Grace Yuan (Product Marketing Manager, New Era Taiwan)
Grace has 9 years of experience in the gaming industry since 1999, having previously worked as a Product Manager at Atari Taiwan Inc, as well as handled Public Relations in Wayi International Digital Entertainment. She graduated with a Masters degree in Business Administration from Tulane University, New Orleans.
Anthony Lau (Sales Manager, New Era Hong Kong)
Anthony has been with the company since 2000. He has a Bachelor of Social Science degree and a Master of Philosophy degree, both awarded by the University of Hong Kong.
Sze Jun King (Sales & Marketing Manager, New Era Malaysia)
Sze Jun King heads the Sales and Marketing division in Malaysia with 4 highly driven professionals along with 7 years of industry knowledge. Jun King has a degree in Economics & Management from the Curtin University, Perth Western Australia.
Keane Lim (Finance & Administrative Manager, New Era Malaysia)
Keane Lim heads the Administration and Finance Department comprising 2 dedicated professionals. Keane has an Advanced Diploma in Financial Accounting, awarded by TARC College, Malaysia, and he is also a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountant, awarded by ACCA, United Kingdom.
Tiger Chotikachinda (Sales Manager, New Era Thailand)
Tiger leads the Sales and Marketing division in the New Era Thailand office. He has 8 years of experience in the games industry including the PC, console and online games segments. Prior to gaming, Tiger was in the telecommunications field. He graduated from Thammasart University, Thailand with a degree in Political Science in International Affairs.
Nonglak Sahavattanapong (Marketing Manager, New Era Thailand)
Nonglak is responsible for Marketing & PR activities in Thailand and has been with New Era since 2006. She graduated from Thammasat University, Thailand with Bachelor's degree in Jounalism and Mass Communication.
